Developers, architects and private clients often need interior design advice in order to display their properties to the best advantage. We specialise in new build projects for private clients liaising from the outset both with the client and architect. In addition, we provide interior design consultancy and products for refurbishment projects.

Each project is treated with confidentiality and is uniquely designed to achieve the individual elegant style that such prestigious properties merit. Our design studio contains a comprehensive library of catalogues, fabrics and other samples for guidance on kitchen and bathroom styles as well as exclusive wall coverings and papers, carpets, marble, ceramic tiles, wood flooring, paint colours and finishes.

The start point for a project is either the architect`s plans for a new build or visiting the client for a refurbishment project. Initial visits are normally without charge. Consultancy is subsequently charged on an hourly or fixed fee basis depending on the nature of the project.

We can provide a full design service with relatively minor client participation after establishing a design concept and budget (very busy clients working internationally often need such a service when setting up a new residence in the UK). Some clients may already have a personal concept for the design (possibly for a very special home for a family) but also require further professional interior design input.
